OK, I actually had my wife tape me so I could see if form was off and YES it was especially on Warrior 2. My back arm was lower then I had thought. My most difficult balance posture is Warrior 3 and the moves after that. I cannot seem to get my back leg, (the one in the air) up that high nor do I seem to have lots of balance but, in due time I must say. I will get it and perfect it also. The taping of myself really helped, thanks to my lovely wife.
On the home front, it seems that I will be up all night with my 4-year old daughter Madison. She now has the stomach flu and got it 4-times. YUCKY!!! She is on the couch with me tonight. I sure hope my little cutie gets better soon and that this bug passes.
I really know how much noise my kids make now that I taped this! They just keep jabbering away during the tape.
Diet was once again on Target. Thanks beachbody for the perfect diet to accompany the perfect workout P90X!
When I get some more cash if that is possible. I will join team beachbody to have a coach and talk to Tony if he is really online like they say? Ranting and Raving YES I am. This has totally changed my life and I love it. It helped overcome a hard nicotine addiction to snuff!!! Thanks again Tony Horton and GOD bless.
Healthy as I believe I am. I am going to follow up with my Doc to see if my anxiety is gone like I think it is.

Week 4 Day 5 Core Synergistics
Failure and correction. I was not able to do the Drea Roll without push off yet and it is not in the bonus round as previously mentioned. OOPS!!!! Anyhow, after this workout you feel so great and ready for anything. I start sweating like crazy during the first banana roll section it is amazing. I did still have an upset stomach but stayed on target for diet though it was not easy.
Anyone who still has not tried this. Wake up! It only improves all areas of your health. NO harm in that which I can foresee. It is hard, it is intense and that is why I LOVE THIS.
Just trust me on this. You always have to work for results and that is what I am doing. WORKING HARD at this! OK, I am nowhere near as good as Tony YET that is. I am so much like him, if someone can do it and I can not, I try harder at that move next time and BRING IT.
So, when I am 45 in about 10 years. I will be just as good as Tony is and I know it will happen. Another thing that is hard is the Prison Cell Push Ups and Running Plank to Chatarunga (hope it is spelled properly). I start out OK but my legs majorly slow down in the end and sweat is dripping like crazy. But, in the end the results will be there.
Overhead/Under push-ups are a balance issue due to the sweat coming off me. Not only do my hands slip but the sweat finds its way to my eyes and MAMA does that sting.
Stick with it and BRING IT each and every time. My key goal is still to keep pace without having to pause but I attribute this to learning techniques and having to look at the TV while performing these. I want perfect form, no dogging it is allowed at all. I will not go through the motions I want perfection first and reps next.

Week 4 Day 4 Stretch X
What to say other then WOW. This really truly does get easier and easier. One and 2 leg hamstring stretches I can actually grab my ankles and almost get my head to my knees WITH my legs straight. Still getting a tingle in legs but I LOVE IT. Bad news is my wife has pneumonia and my kids all have the stomach flu that my parents had. My stomach is a bit off but my diet is still spot on. I created a spreadsheet to count down my categories so as not to overeat or under-eat in any one category. I even transferred it to my Palm Treo 680 to always have handy. P90X deserves every positive comment one can give. I see nothing but results each and every time. Trust me on stretching Tony is right to say Seana makes gumby look like the tin man and me look like a tree. But my goal is to keep improving and MAYBE someday be close to as flexible as she is. I always have been setting the bar as high as possible.
Still on the cardio end, I am weak. I still can not keep moving from one to the next for more then maybe 6 series if I am lucky. I feel like I am going to pass out sometimes! Heart rate is always in the zone but my mind likes it out of the zone for some reason that I can not explain.
Body fat % at start was nearly 24
Body fat % now nearing 30 days is at an amazing 13% WOWY!!!!!!
In some ways I look smaller but a whole lot more lean mass and it helps that my wife LOVES THIS. Stomach is hard to the touch in most areas except sides are still and I mean it MINIMALLY loose. GOD, I love P90X so darn much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Can not wait to do the core workout tomorrow. It is fun to play superman and banana. My kids all have a blast watching me. I think they think I may actually be Superman and fly with enough practice and If Tony said you could. I would believe it, he has changed my life.

Week 4 Day 3 Kenpo X
Actually, like I thought might happen. I am progressing in this program as well. Alot less corn fused today and hips and punches and kicks coming together. Still having problems with the opening sequence of stretches like TOE RAISE to Runners to straight leg side stretchy thingy ma Bobbie er WHAT? Getting so much more confident in all I do with this program overall. Talk about being soaked from head to toe, Kenpo does just this and when I am finished with this ALL my kids and beagle pup run for cover cuz they know THE SHIRT IS COMING OFF!!! Ain't a SINGLE ONE OF THEM WANTS THAT. Beware of the Kenpo shirt.
I do use a yoga mat from GAIAM or someone like that not sure how to spell it but, it still lets my feet slide in downward doggy dog dog. I believe I could actually get my heels down to the ground in this pose BUT my feet uh well kinda run away from me.

Week 4 Days 1 and 2
Merry Christmas to all.
This week is not "easy" at all. Yoga and then the new one Core Synergistics OUCHY...It was like doing Ab-Ripper for the first time TOUGH. And yet one more thing my 8-year old daughter can do that I can not, "The Drea Roll". She can get to her feet on this without pushing off and I can not YET that is. If my abs are not perfect after 90 days I will be more then surprised. I avoided all the NO NO foods at my parents house tonight for the Christmas Eve party. After doing Core work you tend to curse fatty bad for you foods. TRUST ME, I cursed all my previous years of Cheeseburgers, Big-Macs you name it all the bad foods I used to eat worked against me on Core work. I WILL IMPROVE, I am totally committed to this program. But Tony has to stop saying stuff to make me laugh while working out Come On its hard enough without funny comments. But, it also makes it more real for me. Most of my immediate family was sick this holiday season and I was not.
I think P90X helped me combat the cold season better then without it. I LOVE THIS P90x and will definitely be getting P90X Plus soon to move forward after this is completed.
Other benefits noted so far. My need for anti-anxiety medicine is diminishing, hardly if ever any more panic attacks. THANK YOU TONY HORTON!!! You rock. God Bless.

Week 3 Day 7 STRETCH X
Wow, I am getting much better at these stretches but the toughest one is the "Plough". To make matters worse my son thought he would help me without my knowing and tried to push my feet down and POP went something in my shoulder (OUCH!!!). But believe it or not after 5 minutes of pain it popped again and I was able to actually touch my feet to the floor behind my head. So Thanks to my son Tyler who felt horrible at first. Your action actually did help in the end. Overall I feel great and keeping on task with the diet also helps your overall feeling of well-being.
So, I am a bit hesitant to not hammer hardcore workouts this week. I do believe in this process so I will stick to it and follow the program.
I have not skipped any routines in any DVDs at all. Still some are not perfect but I keep getting better. My overall posture feels so much more stable then ever before.

Finished Week 3 Day 6 Kenpo STILL HARD
So like I said fun but HARD TO DO. I get so darn confused on jab/hook/uppercut/kick and others my feet wanna do things out of order and my hands get confused. I am really trying to do perfect form in all my workouts but this one gets me. It is so fast paced I wish there was a slow paced how to video clip for this because it seems like I am not moving my feet the same as Tony and Crew. Is this the confusion part of "muscle confusion"? Me thinks so brothers and sisters but like I also said I just show up and do my best working towards perfection. Trust me it seems almost as if your a child just learning to walk so to speak.
I know the tempo and feet work etc..will soon surface but it is not soon enough for me. Does anyone else find Kenpo X a coordination obstacle or it just me? I even had my wife watch and she said I sometimes get it but then I think too much and get confused. Somehow gotta take my head out of it BUT HOW?
