Today is Kenpo X and my 3 kids love to do this with me. It is sorta defensive tactics? combined with punches and kicks and so on and so on. This workout rocks!!! You have to keep your hands up and swing your rubbery arms a bunch. But man oh Man does this burn calories! I feel so much better having started this I am almost afraid of week 4 due to the fact you skip some of the workouts that I love doing. But, I am pressing forward for results city. Bring-It!!!!!!!!!
I can not say enough about this life changing program but THANKS!
