Well I have never blogged before but I just have to exhalt the true glory of P90X. I will start writing more in Tomorrow but, so far I LOVE this program and Tony makes doing this fun. I truly feel like he is someone I could be great friends with. His sense of humor is like mine according to my wife CORNY but fun. I have never had a workout deliver results so fast and never felt better in my life.
