Have not yet done today's workout YET "Legs and Back". But I am getting better at every single thing on these DVDs. I just wanted to say unlike all the other blogs I came across reviewing this product. I am NOT going to show you all any ego, just results. Yes, such as legs and back for example. Some things I started out shaky OH SO SHAKY!!! But, I just keep plugging away and set my own goal of eventually keeping up with Tony and the Gang. Honestly, I hit the pauze button Eh a few times cuz Tony is slightly insane (ha!). Honestly though, I can not keep pace from one to the next to the next to the next PAUSE...Catch my breath find my legs or arms or whatever else felt like it is not there anymore and move on.
My wife loves my commitment to this program. Since I work retail, the hours I find to do this vary from morning to night to mid-day. I MAKE time to do this EVERY DAY. No one should ever give up or make excuses, just show up and try. Trust me it does get easier.
