Week 4 Day 5 Core Synergistics

Failure and correction. I was not able to do the Drea Roll without push off yet and it is not in the bonus round as previously mentioned. OOPS!!!! Anyhow, after this workout you feel so great and ready for anything. I start sweating like crazy during the first banana roll section it is amazing. I did still have an upset stomach but stayed on target for diet though it was not easy.

Anyone who still has not tried this. Wake up! It only improves all areas of your health. NO harm in that which I can foresee. It is hard, it is intense and that is why I LOVE THIS.

Just trust me on this. You always have to work for results and that is what I am doing. WORKING HARD at this! OK, I am nowhere near as good as Tony YET that is. I am so much like him, if someone can do it and I can not, I try harder at that move next time and BRING IT.

So, when I am 45 in about 10 years. I will be just as good as Tony is and I know it will happen. Another thing that is hard is the Prison Cell Push Ups and Running Plank to Chatarunga (hope it is spelled properly). I start out OK but my legs majorly slow down in the end and sweat is dripping like crazy. But, in the end the results will be there.

Overhead/Under push-ups are a balance issue due to the sweat coming off me. Not only do my hands slip but the sweat finds its way to my eyes and MAMA does that sting.

Stick with it and BRING IT each and every time. My key goal is still to keep pace without having to pause but I attribute this to learning techniques and having to look at the TV while performing these. I want perfect form, no dogging it is allowed at all. I will not go through the motions I want perfection first and reps next.
