Wow, I am getting much better at these stretches but the toughest one is the "Plough". To make matters worse my son thought he would help me without my knowing and tried to push my feet down and POP went something in my shoulder (OUCH!!!). But believe it or not after 5 minutes of pain it popped again and I was able to actually touch my feet to the floor behind my head. So Thanks to my son Tyler who felt horrible at first. Your action actually did help in the end. Overall I feel great and keeping on task with the diet also helps your overall feeling of well-being.
So, I am a bit hesitant to not hammer hardcore workouts this week. I do believe in this process so I will stick to it and follow the program.
I have not skipped any routines in any DVDs at all. Still some are not perfect but I keep getting better. My overall posture feels so much more stable then ever before.
Thanks again to my wife and kids for their support.
Anyone can do this and it IS LIFE CHANGING.
