So like I said fun but HARD TO DO. I get so darn confused on jab/hook/uppercut/kick and others my feet wanna do things out of order and my hands get confused. I am really trying to do perfect form in all my workouts but this one gets me. It is so fast paced I wish there was a slow paced how to video clip for this because it seems like I am not moving my feet the same as Tony and Crew. Is this the confusion part of "muscle confusion"? Me thinks so brothers and sisters but like I also said I just show up and do my best working towards perfection. Trust me it seems almost as if your a child just learning to walk so to speak.
I know the tempo and feet work etc..will soon surface but it is not soon enough for me. Does anyone else find Kenpo X a coordination obstacle or it just me? I even had my wife watch and she said I sometimes get it but then I think too much and get confused. Somehow gotta take my head out of it BUT HOW?
I will just keep brining it every time.
